Soft Rebel Moments | Guest guidelines Welcome to Soft Rebel Moments at Atelieradena! These gatherings are designed to be intimate, relaxed, and indulgent. To ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines: Booking your moment Soft Rebel Moments are by appointment only. Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or by email. Please reserve at least 10 days in advance so that we can prepare everything for your group. Duration of the experience Each session lasts approximately 2 tot 2:30 hours, giving you ample time to explore, try on jewelry, and enjoy the ambiance. Personal guidance is provided throughout, ensuring your experience is relaxed, curated, and memorable. Number of participants To maintain intimacy and focus, we recommend a small group of 4-6 women. Special arrangements can be made for slightly larger groups on request. Guest etiquette Please arrive on time so the session can start smoothly. Dress comfortably and feel free to bring your favorite friends. Respect the calm, luxurious atmosphere of the atelier to allow everyone to enjoy their Soft Rebel Moment. Cancellations & changes If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Purchases There is no obligation to purchase. Every piece is carefully curated. Some items may be purchased and taken home immediately, other items will be sent later on. As a thank-you, guests may receive exclusive gifts or bonuses if purchases are made during the session. Rewards for hosts If you are hosting the Soft Rebel Moment, special thank-you gifts may be provided based on participation or purchases made by your guests.
