Private Slow Shopping Policy At Atelieradena, Private Slow Shopping is all about calm, attention, and a personal experience. To ensure this experience is enjoyed by everyone, the following guidelines apply: 1. Reservation Private Slow Shopping is by appointment only. Bookings can be made via the website, by phone, or by email. Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance. 2. Duration and Guidance Each session lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes. You will receive personal guidance throughout your visit, with time to explore, touch, and choose. 3. Number of Participants Private Slow Shopping is intended for one client per session to guarantee full attention. 4. Cancellation Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a partial fee. 5. Purchases There is no obligation to purchase. Every item is carefully curated and can be taken home immediately. 6. Conduct Guests are asked to respect the calm and atmosphere of the atelier so that everyone can enjoy a serene experience.
